In order to improve the core competitiveness and strengthen the management of lean production, THMag held the 5^th Lean Production Management Training from April 7^th to April 9^th, with plant leaders and team leaders participating in the training.

Lean production expert Mr. Di from Bosch thoroughly explained the fast switching module and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) module of lean management principles. The fast switching module is applied by THMag to decompose and classify the internal and external switching time of each plant, and to realize fixed person in fixed post. Setting standard working hours post by post by making videos, and helping to organize each plant to reduce switching time to improve production efficiency. TheTPM module improves the statistical data and problems presented by the workshop management loop module, analyzes and solves problems that affect OEE, customizes standard to further improve failure prevention mechanism. The staff who have participated in the training had a deeper understanding of the fast switching module and the TPM module through this systematic guidance and training.
